I just need an extra opinion or two on this..
For those who don't know, I work front desk at a hotel in Ontario, and there was an issue that happened last night I'd like for a third opinion on.
I was at the desk the other night with a co-worker, it was really busy and she got a call from someone who asked if she spoke French, and then when she said no he started asking her a number of sexually charged questions - she said at one point he had asked if she wanted his **** in her mouth and her *** and he hung up right after.
We get a call a couple minutes later from this person again, this time I answer it. She told me to hang up if the person asks if we speak French, but I don't right away because I want to be sure I'm not hanging up on a legitimate customer - so I stay on the line and then suddenly someone on the other line yells 'come and see my **** little girl' and I immediately hang up the phone. It's busy and I don't have time to deal with that crap at that moment.
About two hours later, one of our coworkers and the front desk manager come in. They've been drinking a little bit and they admitted THEY were the ones who made the phone calls. The manager seemed a little ****ed off that I hung up on someone. Don't get me wrong, we're a close group of people and we joke around all the time - but I don't take that crap from customers.
I'm not going to rat on them, because I imagine they'd both get fired if ownership found out and I like them both so I don't want that to happen... but I have a creeping suspicion I might get a talking to about hanging up on people when he gets back... I guess my question is if I do, how do I mention how much trouble HE could get in for doing what he did without being disrespectful?

He Knew What He Was Doing. If Someone Is ******* Around On The Phone They Get Hung Up On. There Is A Difference To Hanging Up On Someone If They Are Trying To Make A Reservation And If They Are Being A Complete Idiot. Believe Me, At Work If You Ain't Talking You Getting Hung Up On.

^ I'd just be honest with him, if you two are friends and he isn't a total d!ck he should understand. It's completely unfair if they get ****ed at you for hanging up on them. No one has to listen to that type of verbal abuse from anyone, in fact, you're supposed to hangup if someone speaks in a manner of harassment. They are completely in the wrong here and I think you should kind of hint around at that. Explain that you didn't hang up the phone until they said those perverted things and made sure to stay on the line even when the person asked if you spoke french to keep from losing a legit customer. Hope my advice helps.

Thanks for the advice, guys. I'm amazed at how they could even think that what they did was remotely okay - I know they thought that because we're friends it wouldn't be as bad but this is a WORK setting here. How do you NOT know you can get in tons of trouble for doing something like that?

They're obviously too cocky for their own good. It will get THEM in trouble eventually, not you, you've done nothing wrong and I'm sure that will be noticed.
CT: Where are all the non druggie, non bisexual, non religious extremist misogynistic men at? No offense to bisexual men at all, I just don't particularly go for them. It's just a preference, nothing against anyone... Just wanna make that clear!

Well guys, after dropping out of high school in February, I'm now officially a GED holder...For those of you who don't know, A GED is a General Equivalency Degree, meaning even though I didn't graduate, I'm the equivalent of someone who did...And when it came to the social studies portion of the test, I didn't even miss a single question, scoring the highest possible score of 800 points, and ranking in the 99th percentile...Not only that, but I was finally able to get back on my feet job wise today...It has been a good day...

I never play without Lupo being on my team...She's like the best AI in the game...Beltway is the one that sucks AI wise...Though, It may not be his AI so much as his speed...

I always play as Lupo when I play ORC. I've been dubbed "Forest Gump" by the ladies on here because I tend to run my way through the game to the next checkpoint. XD
