I'm celebrating! I studied my butt off for my German final, and I got a C+. That's the highest I ever got on a test in that class. My hard work paid off.^ What is Meg up to? This is what I'm thinking.

I'm working more than one day next week?! One of those days is labeled Sales Floor?!! WHAT?!
Still not a lot of hours but maybe there will be some official "training" like for the cash register and such finally. Which will lead to more hours.
edit: BUT I REQUESTED THE 20TH OFF. The concert is in the evening and my hours are in the morning (4:30 am - 8:30 am to be exact) but I wasn't really looking forward to being a zombie for the show. I kind of like singing, jumping, and dancing y'know?
Don't mind my incoherent ranting.

We upgraded our internet today. The guy who did the upgrade switched our IP address from static to dynamic. I had trouble with this in the past because it results in a NAT Type 3 which results in me not being able to play online or do much of anything that isn't browsing the internet. I tried fixing it myself just now but kind of screwed things up so I set it back. I'll just wait for someone to come fix it I guess.

I've been feeling really lonely recently. I don't feel comfortable asking for any of my coworker's numbers to hang out and everyone else is busy with the holidays and other things. Things have been crazy for me too of course, I guess I've just started enjoying the company of others more than I used to.

I'm pretty sure I just blew some stranger's mind. I was really stressed out and needed something to focus on so I went on Omegle. I actually didn't have to search for a normal conversation, the first person I talked to didn't ask me any inappropriate questions so that was impressive. I offered to listen (read) to whatever the person needed to rant about and they accepted the offer. The person was having a hard time with some guy they liked.
After ten minutes of trying to convince her that the guy seems to be an asshat and she can probably do much better it clicked with her. As I was saying farewell she decided to finally ask "Wait, are you a guy or girl?", I answered truthfully to which she replied "You know so much!". I then said "Let me tell you a secret, as a guy who sometimes likes guys, I have a pretty decent understanding of what goes through our heads. Good luck with everything, I'm sure you'll do fine. Have a good night!"
