And here I am, seemingly the only person who likes cold weather.
Snow is pretty, it's easier to warm up than cool off, and also no f*cking insects to bother me.
You're not alone. While I can't say I prefer cold over warm weather, I think that cold weather, too, has its perks, like the ones you mentioned. All Hallows' Day in autumn is actually one of my favourite days of the year.
The problem with heat is that you're completely at its mercy most of the time. When it's too cold, you can always put on another pullover or another blanket, but there's barely anything you can do when it's too hot. Air conditioning at home is nice and all, but it won't protect you when you go outside.
I usually make sure to stay at home as much as possible during both Arctic and jungle weather periods.
Some people are really hard to communicate with. cause no matter what you say or how you say something they'll always see it as you being rude to them and they always whine about being attacked by everyone.
I blame this general problem on exaggerated political correctness. We live in a time where everyone constantly feels attacked by something (or everything), and I can already see future generations calling the beginning of the 21st century the "age of offendedness". (I'm not sure "offendedness" is even a word, but it probably will be by then.)
