Venomous Oddball
Also Known as Maddy
Conversations with my grandparents always take very strange turns...
lol why, what about it?CT: Romero's sig freaks me out every single time I see it.
Lol it's the ISP. I see "University of St. Thomas" and I jump a little because it knows too muchlol why, what about it?
I had to go to my page to see it, I've not seen my own sig in months. Maybe it is time to change it, but I'm too lazy.
Humans suck.CT: So my sister had the idea to celebrate my one year anniversary of being in this new town with my new job, and now it seems like I'm going to celebrate it with two people that I don't know and who weren't even there when I moved here. Why? Well, first it was only going to be me, my sister and her boyfriend, but now the boyfriend's cousin and the cousin's boyfriend are in town, only for this one weekend of course, and not seeing them would be impolite. I suggested also inviting one of my sister's workmates that I don't really know yet either, but whose help could be quite beneficial to my novelist career, but no, her boyfriend doesn't know that workmate and it would be too much for him after the stressful week he had. Yeah, it's great how considerate you are about him, but once again making me the fifth wheel among two couples, one of which I don't even know, on my "big day" is totally fine, right?
I don't have anything against those people - how could I, because as I said, I don't even know them - but that's not the point. The point is that it's not the first time something like this happens. "We can't do this because X doesn't like it, we can't do that because Y doesn't like it. Let's do that thing that Hel doesn't like, she can take it." Everyone in this family is totally okay with compromises as long as I am the one who has to make them. Can someone please remind me again why I chose to come to the world of humans and pretend to be one of them? I'm getting sick of it.

I had a pretty stressful interview with 4 managers at once 2 weeks ago and just found out yesterday that they are offering me the full-time position! So many feels... its a very promising career even if it doesn't pertain to my degree. Pretty excited!

How far in are you?I've been deeply immersed in Danganronpa for a couple of days now... And right now I'm playing Danganronpa 2, and holy sh*t, I never imagined it would surprise me so much with all the twists... Unbelievable!
To Maddy and Fabled Four, thanks a lot for suggesting it. This is exactly the kind of experience I was looking for.
How far in are you?
