It'd be awesome to have Jill in the game, I'm pretty sure she will be in Operation Raccoon City though... I wish Barry and Rebecca were in one of the new games though.. its been ages since they were

But she never left the BSAA right...She was just presumed dead...So I'd imagine once she was recovered she rejoined...
If they thought she was dead, I'm sure some sort of paperwork would have to be filed when she was found alive again. No need to be a smart ass.

Chris and Leon will have separate stories that will overlap in some capacity. The third main story line will be of the course the mystery Merc who is related to a existing character. The Merc is not Hunk or Tofu.
Ada Will have a playable role in the game not immediately. The Ada storyline will become available to players after both Leon and Chris arcs are complete Similar to Assignment Ada bonus on RE:4 plus the third Merc storyline.

http://www.ign.com/resident-evil-6/Characters IGN cleared it a week ago and added a list of possibles that have been hinted as well..
Unfortunately I couldn't open that link, but did the information come from Capcom or is it just IGN speculating?
