I dismantled myself of my own twisted and egocentric opinion years ago.
Now, all I care about are cold, hard, facts. Because when you study the facts, you actually get somewhere. "Your idea". Theres the problem.
Forget "your" idea. How about you face the facts, instead? This way, we'll make progress and actually come to the *truth* of the situation.
Leave any prejudice, denial and/or bias at the door. Thank you.
If the relationship is consentual and between two adults, I don't give a sh!t what they do behind closed doors, and you shouldn't either.
Let's watch our language. Now, would you still ignore them, even if what they did was wrong, shameful, disgraceful, or sinful?
I actually care about society growing healthier as a whole, ridding itself of wrong, harmful practices. We all reap what we sow. Those who don't turn away from what is immoral in life, will reap the consequences. (I'm sure you'll act like those don't exist, too).
Don't dare tell me I should know better.
At our respective age's, we should
both know better. We're young adults, at this point.
Please, don't get all high and mighty with me. I'm more than willing to show respect to the Moderator's who keep this wonderful community running, but the moment you step out of line, you make it harder for me to hold on to that care.

They are not the same thing. They are not even close.
If we are still talking about backwards law, one is reasonable, the other isn't. I didn't make the claim they are the same thing. They are both messed-up in their own ways.
What you need to try to understand is that everyone here is very different and diverse and not everyone believes in the Bible as you do. We have a separation of Church and State in most of our democracies, and thank goodness for it.
Indeed. I follow God, rather than the corrupt political state of this system of things. Good to see the distinction isn't it?
If you disagree with it, fine, I don't care... but understand that not everyone shares your beliefs and it's SO wrong to say that a certain group of people should be executed when they have done nothing criminal.
Depends on if said homosexual's have had intercourse or not. That would be criminal to the standards of the true law - In God's eyes, homosexuality (as in, two men practicing intercourse) is abominable. That goes for me, also. It's disgusting.
When I was young, there wasn't anywhere near as many homosexual's and lesbian's as there are now. A large number of people have thrown virtue aside. Virtue is mostly meaningless in todays society. Everybody practices lawlessness and sin, having forgotten about righteousness and standing up for what is right.
There are two main law's in this world.
God's holy law. (based on the principals of love, kindness, ect) and the wicked, corrupt man-made law of this system of things.
I'd rather live life by righteous, clean, moral standards than wrongful, unclean, immoral standards. But thats just me.
