I've been biting my tongue trying to stay out of this discussion, but this I had to respond to.
Alright - here's the problem with anti-Semitic propaganda. It's often not true. First of all, I've heard this claim and there's no actual facts or figures to substantiate it. Not a single business record indicated that 4000 more people we're supposed to be at work at that time on that day. What actually happened was a Jerusalem newspaper had released an article entitled "hundreds of Israelies missing in WTC attack". In this article, it gave the names of 4000 Israelis believed to be around the WTC and the Pentagon at that time and who had not yet made contact with their families, not who 'coincidently' did not show up to work that day. However, the story was twisted and first came from a Pro-Palestinian news channel called Pravda, as well as Al-Manar Television. What it did was it took the 4000 number in the previous article, and reported that it was 4000 Jews did not show up to work - i.e 'missing' from owrk. In reality, they were missing because their families hadn't been in contact with them, as was the case for thousands that day. It was nothing but a piece of propaganda that people are obviously still being fooled by.
If that doesn't convince you, let me take it a step further. The Senate has estimated that 10-15% of the 9/11 victims were Jewish - the Medical Examiner's Office released a statement stating that up to 400 9/11 victims were Jewish. Look at the demographics of New York state, where the majority of WTC victims lived - 9-12% were Jewish. Cantor Fitzgerald, who lost about 390 employees, held 50 Jewish funerals. That's about 12.5%. So, if we do the math, the percentages of Jewish victims lines up perfectly with the Jewish population. Had they had this mysterious warning, that number would have been much lower. And let's talk about that, shall we? Do you really believe that over 4000 were warned, and not a single soul would y'know, leak it to the media? "Hey Mr. Soderburg, this is Mossad, yeah, there's a going to be a massive terrorist attack on the morning of September 11th so call in sick. Oh ya, and don't mention anything to your American friends, co-workers, families. Cheers." Yeah, not buying it. No way, no how. Secondly, the United States is Israel's most staunchest ally, why would they betray America and doom thousands of innocent Americans to their death? The only answer to this question cannot be rational. It is propagandistic. I can't believe people are so gullible as to eat it up without bothering to y'know, check the facts. Name me ONE credible news source which has reported this as true. ONE. I promise you,you will not do it because you can not do it.
I say time and time again people - READ AND RESEARCH. It's SO important to do your own homework. People are by nature almost, so incredibly susceptible to propaganda. Do not trust anything you haven't validated for yourself.
