Hahahaha! That really did make me laugh out loud. Seriously though. I pictured Sherry with an AK. Don't forget the samurai blade, cause that couldn't possibly raise any suspicion.

Maybe she tells Leon she found the equipment in the station, but it would look very suspicious anyway... who knows, maybe Sherry will be carrying a gun herself.

After you said that, I'm kind of thinking now that Ada will probably recieve the equipment during the story and not start out with it. At least that way, Leon wouldn't suspect her as a spy.

Her getting it sometime in the story, which means we see her in civillian attire before that, then I could be okay with that, but it still strays pretty far from RE2, and is just a lazy excuse to reuse the RE4 Mercs outfit rather than actually remaking it...
