In a way it is possible for Ada and Wesker but it would have been 14 years apart.

How I see it, is that is impossible for Jake to be 15 after Albert Wesker's "first death". So the only reasonable explanation is that Jake was born around the 1980's to be in his 20s, also meaning around the same time Sherry Birkin was born.

it is called resident evil gold edition which has: RESIDENT EVIL 5 (GOLD EDITION) LOST IN NIGHTMARES (NEW LEVEL) DESPERATE ESCAPE (NEW LEVEL) THE MERCENARIES REUNION (NEW GAME MODE) ADDITIONAL COSTUME PACK 1 ADDITIONAL COSTUME PACK 2 ADDITIONAL FIGURINE PACK but i hasn't been confirmed...

i also heard that they need to make it into a game disc instead of a DLC for the xbox, due to the files being too big for the DLC

It has been recently released that Capcom is making a Resident Evil: Director's cut with a extra scenario for now for the PS3 but said to also release for the Xbox 360. Should release in Spring of 2010.
