I think he's right though lol it is kind of a serious matter.

There is a time and a place. Perhaps the conversation above would have been better had on each other's profiles. It is frusterating to see a more serious topic being turned into a joke, is all. :)

what the hell is this, i can't believe your actually comparing an actual virus to a video game virus, its nothing like it, you don't see zombies swarming outta mexico.

p.s you can't get it from eating pork lol.

I wasn't. I was saying that it might be a virus called by a failed cure experiment. It might also be a viral terrorist attack. You know how much the Iranians and Iraquians hate us Americans right?

Ahh well i'd rather have a laugh over pondering on the negatives and talking about depressing stuff its why i try and avoid the news. But Romero seriously dude how did you know i was on limewire.:o

my friend calls them sand-arabs
im not being racist but i think its really funny.
hes been over charged more then his fair share though

did someone say nigga.
gotta love that south park episode with the pirates "dont shoot the white ones" i wonder if south park would make a episode about the pig flu. i bet they would make it really racist somehow.

I intended to make room for jokes, hence the topic title. I welcome a joke here and there, I myself were serious some places, and said things for fun other places.

Maybe it's getting a bit unbalanced, too much joking and BS. But maybe that is because the posters have ran out of serious things to add? Anyone with something serious to add on the swine flu topic, please post. We don't need to let the jokes and BS take over completely. :)

I didn't know for sure, it was a guess based on some knowledge and some calculations. The odds for a correct guess was 68%.

Oh, man. Iraquians? Is that what they're called now?
Haha, yes what's that? I don't think he meant the Iroquois? :p

You have to understand some people express their emotions differently; some people need to make jokes of something or some topic to kind of feel better about it. We can't all be serious (stick-up ass) people.
Who wants to consistently dwell and worry over sad events every time they come on the computer to chat with buddies?

With that said, I'm sure not one person one here wants this to get out of hand and hopes for the best for the victims and hopes for a cure- dispite all the jokes and what not.

Well put.

Isn't it strange that this flu is less severe outside Mexico? The virus seems to like (or should I say hate) Mexicans more than other people. No deaths outside Mexico. Patients in Europe and north America not life-threathening ill.

Also worth to note; Asia and Africa isn't affected yet. Usually bad diseases starts there...

They shut down everything in Mexico and some other places. Must be nice for them who thinks they need an extra vacation.
