all this talk about half life 2 has made me want to play it again, downloading it at the moment lol

I reckon i actually have it on this computer but it runs at terrible speeds and looks are at its worst.

Nah man i love it but for xbox i don't think it would last as long, the main reason i played Half Life 2 so much was due to mods.You ever play Garrys Mod?Once you got good at that you could make the craziest stuff literally anything to do with physics lol, very good fun online that was.I played Half Life 2 on original xbox at one stage not even close to the computer version, half life really is just made for computer.

I haven't played anything else on Orange Box though so i can't speak for them.

i only ever played it on xbox, thats why im getting it on pc now, and to answer your other question, nah i havent seen the mods yet, but i defnitely check them out when i get it.
it is good on xbox, but im only saying that cuz i havent tried pc version, but i could imagine its so much better

Ravenholm is AWESOME! Is it scaring? I think it was a little nerve-wrecking now and then. Far more 'jumpy moments' per square meter than any place I've seen in RE4.

You'll go through a little hell at the ending, then you'll enter a spectacular chapter.

Ah, you've played it before.
Highway 17 is one, long, very memorable chapter. I flippin loved racing that buggy. Poor controls but I mastered it eventually.
Much to see. I remember the bridge, that was a great experience. I hope you've got good loudspeakers!

The antlions are almost like novistadors, lol.

Yes. PC version also has Half Life 2 Lost Coast and some other game, I think it was Half Life 2 Deathmatch.

i have it for pc so no achievments. . and also, just bring some flame cans (not barrels) and a saw and you should be good for that achievment.

Ravenholm is my most hated level. But it is cool nonetheless. And i forgot about that achievement, I really don't want to go through it again, but if it will get me an achievement then so be it.

I think the "achievement" is nothing that the game gives you, it's merely a source of pride.
