I just made a cheese, mushroom, and spinich omelette. Not too bad for being my first time and basically winging it. Next time I'll sauté the mushrooms and spinich though.
Today we had a buffet at work as it was the last day of training. The diet has totally gone out of the window today. A couple of people baked flapjack, cakes, gingerbread men, and millionaire shortbread, there were sandwiches, quiche, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, nuts, and I took bbq and Chinese chicken wings. It was awesome.
I've started the military diet today - claims to help you lose 10 pounds in three days, so I've had a glass of water with a half tsp of baking soda (which was quite possibly the most disgusting thing I've ever had), genmaicha tea, a slice of rye toast with peanut butter and half an orange. Bleh.
Edit: For lunch I had half a cup of canned tuna, rye toast and tea.
