In RE4 on the island, there is a room with a giant heater and when you walk toward it a "man" bursts out. After he's done burning he kind of looks like a crimson head....just a thought.

Nah, I don't think that was a Crimson Head, I think he was just... burned, lol. I'm pretty sure he didn't have the claws/talons either, but correct me if I'm wrong.

you can't realy try and pull of headshots, its just a case of holding aim then shooting really.
unless your using shotgun then its aim up.
