Because Raccoon City had many Raccoons, and they need a Bio Weapon manufacturer to make bio weapons and take the raccoons.

Why they wanted to kill the raccoons?

Why is Umbrella cool but evil ?
 
Because it shades you in the sun to keep you cool but can bring you bad luck if you open it indoors, so it's evil :P

Why does Chris like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?
 
because he had an affair with april before he met jill

why hadnt he met jill yet

for who doesnt know, april is a reporter thats friend of the turtles and one of the few humans who knows of their existence
 
Because Jill was trying to get out of hers criminal life.

Why Jill gave up of being a criminal, and became a S.T.A.R.S.? (Thank god so :p)

Why did Chris watch, "The Excorcist" when he knew he'd be scared at night becuase of it?
 
because he needed something that would scare him so much that the zombies at the mansion would be nothing
