You see, when a Zombie loves another Zombie enough, they engage in something known as T-Sexual Reproduction. That is when 2 individuals infected by the T virus mate. Don't get it confused with A-Sexual reproduction. Now when the zombie child is born, it is a rather gruesome scene. The male gives birth instead of the woman... you can imagine what that would look like.
