Resident Evil 6 Jake Muller - the Wesker offspring theories thread

AtilaLopez

Nut3lla ^0^
I really think Jake is in fact, a revived Steve. Why? Because Wesker doesn't give a damn about anyone but himself, past speaking or not. Also, from what we've learned from Alexia, is that the Veronica Virus takes 15 years to be able to control it... Steve got infected (and died from it) in 1998, and RE6 takes place in 2013... 2013-1998=15. Plus, because, (well maybe it's just me) I can't see Wesker having an actual son. Also, to Chris and myself, Wesker DID say he could revive Steve to see me again... Though, it could have all of been a part of his plan, to have a new Wesker take his place (and to follow through with his plan) by wiping away his past memories, (and giving him new ones) etc.
(All Just A Theory, But Thanks For Reading! ;))
Dude i love your theory
i actually believe its a good one, i might go into this a bit more:D

ThankYouu!! :D Oh, and I was going to add that there was an Umbrella scientist in Resident Evil Outbreak by the name of Greg Muller (last name is same pronounciation and spelling as Jake's), who basically developed a way to remove a few, to all memories from someone. Though he was assassinated in '98, I wouldn't leave out the possibility that Wesker somehow got a hold of his procedure, (since he was also in STARS/Raccoon City at the same time) and used it on Steve. ^^ I also heard that the producer of RE Outbreak helped with the storyline of RE6... :) OH! And I had a quick question for you, or anyone who could answer it for me ... Biologically speaking, there was nothing 'special' about Wesker's blood, until 1998 during the Mansion Incident, when he ressurected himself from death, and gained his superhuman abilities, so how could Jake possibly be born with Albert's "special blood", when he was born before the Mansion Incident? o_O ...
One last thing ... Since when did Wesker give a flying rats a** about anyone except himself? .-.'

Based on past research I have done into Wesker and RE in-general, my theory is that Jake's mother is none other than Alex Wesker (Presumably using a new name to hide from Albert/Umbrella)

In the accumulated information we know that Albert hunted down and killed every other "Wesker" child he was raised with, with the exception of Alex. I don't believe there is an absolute reasoning behind this other than what we could speculate. (He spared her due to feeling of intimacy/she went into hiding after he had begun to kill the others/ etc.etc...)

At present, Alex's status is unknown. Whether being immortal, simply in hiding, or dead, Alex's exact fate has yet to be made clear.

Now, many people still believe that the mysterious Alex is a male. Even though it has not been confirmed either/or... Just speculating...

In the English translations of the Spencer's Memoirs files, Alex's gender is not stated, leading some to speculate that he could be a female. However, this is a result of poor localization and he is referred to as a man (with the Kanji pronoun "男") quite blatantly in the original Japanese text.

No matter how unlikely this theory is to be true, I love it none the less. How mind-blowing would it be? To find out that Jake is the son of, not one, but TWO WESKERS?! Lol My geekness is uncontrollable :p

ALSO- In response to ClaireB's question: Albert Wesker had already been "infected" by a prototype Virus when he used "T" to resurrect himself. All of the Wesker children were given enhanced intelligence/strength/agility/etc.etc... Hence, Jake's blood gives him the same abilities that Albert once had, AND the necessary resistances to reap the benefits of the C-Virus. - http://residentevil.wikia.com/Wesker_children

Regardless of how this whole issue turns out, Jake is here to stay. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if he gets RE 7 all to himself :p

I really hope he is here to stay, I thought he was a great character :)

I suppose this has been answered already, but I saw the question when Jake was born first page. He's 20. So if the game ended 2013 he's born on 1993 or something.

Albert Wesker never killed off the other Wesker Children and was never raised with them.
All the Wesker children would be administered an
experimental virus.

This virus was administered to screen out the more
gifted of the Wesker children.

Some took the virus on the recommendation of a friend;
others were given the virus as part of their medical
treatment; still other had it forcibly administered to
them.

Albert Wesker was not different. His partner, William
Birkin, gave him the experimental virus, and he
administered it to himself.
This screening process turned out to be a little too
selective.http://residentevil.wikia.com/Albert_Wesker_(file)

And Alex Wesker i think could be Ada.
I know that it was implied that the wesker Children was kidnapped and also implied that the wesker children was as a result of selective breeding.
According to this plan, hundreds of children born of
parents of superior intellect from all nationalities
would be collected.http://residentevil.wikia.com/Albert_Wesker_(file)
I personally think that superior intellects (smart People) were paid by umbrella to produce intelligent children for the project. The parent became or are employees of umbrella for the opportunity to be part of the project. It was implied the umbrella was a well of company.the files says Collected not kidnapped.

Alex Wesker is a man, read spencer's journal & in Japanese character's it's written as man

some people also speculate Alex Wesker is Jake's mother, which is wrong since, Alex is a man.

Oh. My. Dear. Mother. Of. God... O___O I think I know who Jake's mom is...
Who did Albert Wesker have complete 'access' to, and who was also a redhead..?

You guys are thinking too much. And the subject of Wesker having a family before the RE games sound so true I feel like believing in it myself. He could of easily had family BBQ’s with "the Birkins" and then something bad happen (for example, he found out that he and his siblings was experimented on) then he when all twisted with the “God-wannabe” sickness.

My theory of Jake is that since Albert and William was experimenting on the “Trevor Girls" (Jessica (Mother), Lisa (Daughter)) he (Wesker) could of easy used 1 of their eggs to create an ultimate version of himself. Then he could have shipped the kid off to some orphanage somewhere or dumped him because he was a failure.

Half of what you say is contradictory to the pages directly linked to the ones you sited...

I proved i got the right info by provided the RE Wiki adress, what did i say that was contradictory? the wiki or files in re5 never stated that the wesker children were killed by Wesker most die from the virus, the were they kidnapped or part of a selective breeding experiment i agree is contradictory but the file was it used the term collected.......maybe it was down to bad translation but one moment it sounds like selective breed then used the term collected.

Iunno, I can totally see Wesker knocking some chick up and and then skipping out on child support. He's just an asshole like that. I do like the Annette Birkin theory, but I liked seeing Jake and Sherry hold hands at the end a little too much (even if it could have been Platonic). BTW, I had to laugh at how ridiculous that one scene is when I saw it where Jake confronts Chris about killing his daddy. Never mind that you never met him, and you know he tried to destroy the world. :p

Maybe this is the appropriate place to post this, maybe not. Hopefully it is. But does anyone think that Jake's character could have been handled better? Don't get me wrong, I never expected "the son of Wesker" to be a nice guy by any means, but to me he was just a stereotypical tough guy. I mean, Wesker was cunning, and ruthless. A real sinister guy. I feel like Jake inherited none of that. Given the fact that he had to be a mercenary to support him and his mother(I think, I haven't unlocked all the files), I wouldn't expect him to be as genius or intellectual as Wesker, but they could've made a little more of a connection between the two. I just felt like all he retained was the hand to hand combat, and that I was playing as Chuck Norris instead of the "Good Wesker" if you know what I mean. If this is the wrong thread, sorry and just ignore it lolz.
