Basically, what tracts do you like the most and what RE games have the best music overall. You can find most on youtube.

Too bad that SEGA, for some stupid reason, never seemed to want to make or advertise Ecco games, making the Ecco series one of the most underrated game series ever.
 
My favorite one in the Resident Evil series was the Moonlight Sonata. I just loved this song. For some reason I always liked Jill Valentine playing it than Rebecca Chambers, even though they both play in the same style. I guess it is because Rebecca couldn't get it right the first time.

Out of the games that are not in the Resident Evil sereis it would be Beauty of Annhilation from Call of Duty: World at War - Der Riese(The Giant).

Like almost everyone here, Moonlight Sonata was the best! Even though it wasn't technically created for RE, I found it really soothing, relaxing, and truly gives out the true essence of Resident Evil.

Another favorite of mine is the Save Room theme of RE:CVX aka "A Moment of Relief".

I'd listen to it for half an hour and still not get tired of it... It really gives off a sense of safety and IMO, the best save room theme compared to all other RE games. Sigh... I miss playing CVX. =/

Good stuff!
My favorite tune from RE4 is one that often are played at tense moments in the castle, it's some heavy bass in it. I couldn't find it on Youtube.

I also love the music in Half Life, Half Life 2, Colonization, Civilization 3, all the Last Ninja games. The Grand Theft Auto series has also some good music.
 
wolfgirl, I love those remixes! Especially the remix for RE2's Save Room; that one was awesome, I'm going to see if I can get it. :D

I love this track! It really presses upon you the desperation of the characters and the weight of their situation; you really want to cheer them for their bravery, except you are playing and their victory depends on you not being a stupid airhead and walking them straight into a Reaper . . . >__>

I think some people get tired of this one (especially if they play Slayers a lot). But I don't play Slayers much, so this song is always refreshing.
 
The Outbreak theme, alot of stuff from RE0 like Beginning, Zero, Assassin's Dagger, End Roll, etc.

The original game had some great memorable stuff, and the REmake was okay too.

RE2 & RE3 were both terrific, CVX was probably one of the most memorable.

Survivor & Dead Aim both had some good music, and RE4 & RE5 both have great stuff too.:)
