The new Linkin Park album, One More Light, just leaked online today and I decided to give it a spin with an open mind. Like many people, I was a little disappointed at the new direction of their latest album ever since the release of their "Heavy" single (which is surprisingly catchy despite the whole new sound), but I decided to give it its fair shake.
Not gonna lie, I'm actually kinda... enjoying it for what it is. Even though it's a complete 180 from the rap-metal we're accustomed to hearing, yes even when they tried new things. As anyone who's heard the new single "Heavy" knows, this new album takes "different" to a whole new level, and I actually liked Minutes to Midnight and Living Things.
One thing's still left unchanged... Chester's sexy voice.

Best album they've put out in a long time. I've seen them practicing Spit Out the Bone but it looks like it'll be a while before they're ready to play that live lol.
