Resident Evil 4 Wesker in RE4

What happened to wesker in Resident evil 4 he supose to have all his powers but when you played him in mercenaries he was normal? was he really wesker or he just did not want to use his powers?

what do yall think?

my bad yall i tryed it lol.he is strong.i just never tryed it lol i always used his guns o get the best time.But you still can't use his super speed run.

Wesker needs a RE game like all the other games like RE 1 RE2 like that i want a game that doesn't hold back all of his powers like super speed as well as strengh,i know now he has strengh in RE4 but he cant super speed what a rip off lol

i've sent an e-mail to capcom once about wesker's game..
they said, they had a plan once about that, but couldn't make an idea about the story.. so the game was cancelled, too bad.

nah jill can't do it either only someone with powers as him,but even if they do kill him he will come back he has somemore of that virus that brought him back before.wesker can't die.
