How can I use the 1 000 000 ptas I got at the end of the game? because i started again on pro level but it seems i can't buy the tommy gun and i don't have a million pesetas. How can i use this money ?

You get 100,000 Ptas from Saddler, which isnt enough.

I played in "normal" mode, since i have done assinment ada and i have done seperate ways, but i still don't see the chicago typewriter in the merchants list, the game said that it is availible in seperate ways when you start a new game of it, but no...

So i just tried playing a new game on the same difficulty level as the one i completed (normal) and I start with 0 ptas !

No the so called chicago typewriter is a "tommy gun" used by marins in the second world war the real name is the M1A1 Thompson machine gun:
