Revelations 2 The villain of Revelations 2

OMG! What if those fingers are Steve's?

Steve has the possibility to come back - even Wesker said so. Steve has a connection via Claire Redfield and Code Veronica, which does seem to relate to Revelations 2, and especially about 'reunions' and old characters returning. Steve a wild guess but all more plausible than Jake's mother ha ha.

Why would steve fondle a picture of someone he doesnt know?
I was just trying to name another person who has some sort of connection to wesker. I don't expect his mother to suddenly be some sort of super villain though

The hell should I know? Maybe because Wesker made it possible for him to come back and see Claire again?

To me the fingers look intentionally male. I reckon the person 'fondling' the picture is either admiring Wesker or despising him.

Yeah, I think it's Polly. (Moira's sister)

Barry's wife and two lovely daughters were taken (or held hostage) by Umbrella during the Manson incident, unless Wesker was bullshitting to manipulate Barry over nothing, though I heard that he had been manipulating him for some time and that Barry essentially new the deal prior to the events. The 'family tragedy' might have happened back then to his wife or his other daughter Polly. Lol what if the villain really is Mrs. Burton?

His family was actually fine, Wesker was lying. I think I already said this, but Capcom was hesitant to talk about Polly, and the villain has blonde hair, and if you look at the pictures in RE 1 and 3 you see Moira, Polly, and Kathy, and Polly's the only one with blonde hair. I think Moira shot Polly maybe, and thought she killed her or something a long time ago, so she wouldn't know her voice or something now...?

It's probably safe to say that Polly will have something to do with the plot, but I can't imagine her being the villain anymore. The idea of Moira not recognising her voice because she hasn't seen (or heard) her in a long time makes sense, but speaking of the voice, it sounds way too old for a woman who could now be in her mid-twenties at most. (Then again, American McGee's Alice, who is supposed to be 18 or 19, was voiced by some grandma too, so who knows...)

As for Steve, it would be nice to see what happened to him, and Claire repeating a line he said to her in Code Veronica might actually be a hint, but I'll continue believing that the fingers on Wesker's photo belong to the female villain until I'm proven wrong. And no, saying that they apparently look male doesn't prove me wrong.

Just a question, without implying anything in particular: Does anyone know what Lisa Trevor's hair colour is/was? For some reason she's always blonde in my imagination, but I'm not sure.

Lisa's hair colour was black. In Remake, the picture puzzle's main picture was of Lisa, and in it she had black hair.

I reckon she will do too, especially since in the trailer Moira says that she and Natalia have bracelets on and they're 'like sisters'. It seems like a very odd thing to say unless it has some relevance, and Moira says it in a way that seems like she's remembering something from the past. Whether or not she's the villain... I'm unsure. I still think she's a part of the Burton family tragedy. Maybe the family tragedy and the villain are related, like something turning Polly into a villain. I guess we'll soon find out.

I'm afraid to say it does kinda prove you wrong because those are NOT female fingers....I swear! If intentionally female, their fingers would be more slender and probably have longer nails too.

Because every woman has thin fingers and long nails all the time, right?

Wait...

Oh $hit, I'm a man!! But I thought... well, not to worry. All I need is the pink virus right away. I'll be back in a second... *hurries to Lady from Behind's laboratory*

Moira is probably trying comfort the little girl so she doesn't feel alone. 'Look, we both have bracelets, we're in this together,' kind of thing. I don't see what's odd about that. Enlighten me...

Sorry but those are just stereotypes. I know a lot of women who don't do their nails and have more masculine hands. And even someone who has, according to a lot of female friends, female fingers (in fact he is writing this post here right now). Even when we get to see Claire's Hand in Degeneration for a few seconds I thought that the Hand looked buff for a sterotypical female hand.

Nope, but almost every female (video game) character does, especially in Japanese games where such details matter.

I have short nails and my dad has slender fingers! I'm actually my dad and my dad is me!!!

Ah, slender male fingers would be quite prominent around the knuckles, especially if an adult mans hand. (I'm not 100% sure but I think men have thicker bone in those parts.) I can not believe that you people think male and female hands and fingers could be identical, when they are distinct in a number of ways. This is most baffling...male and female hands and fingers only look the same when they are those of small children. UNLESS our 'female' villain has way too much testosterone lol

It's okay. I just took a dose of the pink virus, and now my fingers are thin, I have grown long, coloured nails and finally feel like a woman again. Thankfully this was pointed out to me before my boyfriend arrived. (I'm actually suspecting him to be bisexual, but as long as I don't know for sure, I can't have male hands!)

Though I actually like the idea of our Lady from Behind having too much testosterone...

I unfortunately know for a fact who the mystery villain is due to stumbling on some meaty spoilers (which I'm none too thrilled about), and if you just can't wait to find out until you play, I am posting this here. Click on at your own peril!

Last chance to turn back!
Our mystery villain is, as I've said from the start:

This is one of the unlockable character concepts in Revelations 2's rewards.

Now that we have that information, I'm dying to see how it plays out!

And sorry for the wonky formatting. I just wanted to make absolutely certain no-one would be accidentally spoiled!

That make sense. I just wasn't sure since there were Japanese things saying Alex was a guy. I'm really excited.
