I don't see that as a weakness. Nor should you call it a weakness if you've never seen the movies. Plus, that's just what Nicholai said, doesn't make it true. Only his opinion. in MY Opinion, they did fine. It's impossible to have a character be/act/look EXACTLY like an anime character.
