time saving tip no.1
at the beginning after barry shoots zombie and you go back to main hall and have to search for wesker, just to to the top of the main stairs (just the wide one, not the smaller steps that branch left/right) then 180 and run back down and that counts as searching.

go to the collar dog, kill them with the 15 shots from your pistol

if you can just kill the dog with the flashing neck, grab the dog collar and leave.

but if you think you will get hurt kill both dogs.

i think u can't play the remake on emulator but u can play the original? correct me if i'm wrong

but i've never seen a gamecube emulator or REmake rom for that matter :/

yeah there is a gamecube emulator, but theres not a 100% stable one, that will run games perfectly.
plus you are recommended to have a high end performance comp to get the best out of it.

You can run the full distance? My technique is to run and count aloud like this 'one mississippi two mississippi' walk for a split second then repeat.

well you have to learn the route, or use a speed run guide.
but i learnt the route, then wrote up some basic notes to follow, and just stick to that.

I finally got around to doing a speedrun, and I am pretty happy that i managed to get under two hours, i could have cut my time down by 5 mins if i didn't pause the game and go to the toilet but oh well lol.

I did it with Jill, normal mode, no special weapons used in a time of 1:52:48, hoping to get into the 1:40's next time.
