Ikea Guerilla Ads

But what i'm saying is they don't smile enough. Its the kinda attitude where people completely shut you off.
Example:
Me: Hehe so how its going?
Miss sad bags:Hmm work.
Me:Yeah well no one likes work right hehe all the customers are just random faces too you right? No doubt you get weirdos talking too you all the time right(jokingly)
Miss sad bags:Yeah...Its 20$*puts hand out*
Me:*smile*Well **** you then!*walks out*

That didn't happen to me lol but its just how alot of people behind the counter, just shutting people off.I don't expect a fricken conversation but just y'know someone that seems normal. But of course it could be flipped where the other way round where it turns out the customer is being the only prick in the room lol.

It wouldn't bother me if they were IKEA 'Gorilla' ads though cause then they'd have gorillas jumping on there furniture in ads and then when you go to the shop they have real gorillas in shop who help you buy stuff and wear red suits lol.

I hate big businesses/corporations.When i see an ad it makes me not want to go to the store because i know there just rich pricks who don't give a **** about the customer but are always wanting the ways to find themselves the green.I guess its a small reason why i hate shopping.

I also hate customer service in these big shops. They all look so down and depressed and it makes me not want to buy from there i mean like give me a goddamn smile sunshine!Even though if its put on thats what i expect man it makes you feel much more welcome when someone has a smile and actually makes an effort to say hello, it makes a really massive difference to buisness i think because you can actually connect with someone y'know?I'm sorry but those skimpy skirts aren't enough to cover that frown.

I was talking to this girl i know well recently, she works at a deli close to me and she was saying how even though you may be down and out sometimes its not really much effort just to be nice, open and smile even though your not feeling it.But does anyone know where im coming from?
Same here, same here.
Staff are normally trained to smile and make customers feel welcome because this makes the customers come back later. But many don't realize or don't take this so seriously.
For the most part, the staff in shops are very nice. It's the few that's not nice that we remember though.
