im stuck on the part where the guy is locked in the jail and chained up
i can kill him but i die afterward no ne cheats

There are no cheats for this game. Is it the gamecube, PS2 or Wii version?

Always shoot the bells, then if you have one, use the shotgun on the Las Plagas parasite on his back.

Or, use a grenade!

I can give you some tips.
1. Aim for the parasite, and only the parasite.
2. Don't run alot! This will give your position away.
3. Don't corner yourself.
4. Buy/find all the health you can get.
5. He sometimes will run and stick his claws into the wall, thats the best time to unload on him.
6. Only shoot the bells when you really need to get him away from you.

If you need cheats for this game then you will need to get an 'Action Replay cheat system'.

If not then like everyone else has said you need to shoot the bells so that the garrador runs into it and stabs it. Then you need to keep shooting the plagas on its back until it dies.

are you gonna kick her down the stairs with the handcanon? :] haha that would be so classic her getting killed in such a fassion Id wonna see that just as much as I wonna see the new resi film.

the playstation was lucky she got a suit of armour lol

Yeah, just basically shoot him in the back and stand by walls cause in case he attacks his claws get stuck also use the bels.

If anyone still needs more advice, shoot the bells and then switch to the sniper rifle and hit the plaga. Do not use flash grenades.
