I think and hope they keep the story relatively the same just a few minor adjustments like camera being an over the shoulder standard now.

Maybe we can find out more about Barry's family. Maybe we can get a better backstory aside from just RE0

Well, they did say RE6 will be a complete reboot... so we can't really guess whats going to happen. (And I doubt Capcom is stupid enough to put alice in a game)
