In your sex dreams Miss Daisy....
Has anyone question the idea on why Jill's hair is blonde? I really like her being blonde and all, but WHY is she blonde? In the flashback at the mansion, Jill hair was still brown. So what, Wesker got a blonde fetish or some **** and dyed her hair or what? And will her hair revert back to being brown after RE5?

Makes you think huh?

They said it was because of the experiments Wesker did to her... But still, it really doesn't clear it up much. How would her hair turn to blonde through experiments?
Dunno. You know, maybe it is to aesthetically signify that she has changed from the regular Jill due to experiments.

Just grasping at straws.

When you are on the big circular elevator after you kill U8, if you read the computer, it says one of the side effects of the cryogenic sleep (I think this was it? When all the people were in the tubes) was lightening of the pigments in the skin and hair.

Wow, this pretty much kills the thread

I wonder if the damage is permanent. Will her skin and hair darken up now that she is free from all the tubes and chemicals? I'm of two minds on the subject, 'cause I like her blonde, but brunette wasn't bad either. :\

Yup I was gonna suggest that the experiments had eradicated the pigments in her skin/hair :P.

Jill's complextion reminds me (a little!) of Fiona Belli's in Haunting Ground.

I hope she goes back to normal, there are too many blonde video game characters already (most with blue eyes)

I'll post quote what I said in another post...

If you're wondering why her hair is blond well, some people joke that Wesker purposely dyed it, but she actually lost her pigmentation in her hair and skin while being tested on. That's pretty much it.

I actually kinda speculate that it might have been Sherry earlier on, but after changing the game they replaced her with Jill, cuz when you think about it, the developers of the game had no real reason to make her hair blonde. Again, this is just a theory of mine.

Does anyone even read the files? >< People are still asking me about my screen name...But, RE5 wasn't very neat about the files I suppose, some were almost as hard to find as the stupid emblems, but I have a habbit of scanning everything in a RE and DMC game.

I found it fine. Because I played RE4 I know that looking at computers and looking everywhere is always a good thing. That's how I found the file on Jill concerning her hair and..eye color was it?

^Yeah that's just about all the files in RE5 Lol.

Her hair and skin pigmentation. But it does look like her eyes might be lighter too.
