Well some of the bosses relies on your responsiblity to go to eveyr place you can and just press x or a. How would they make you crouch without you getting up. It would fail epicly.

Yeah i really can't see how they'd be able to change the game into an On-Rails-Shooter.

I mean it'd be a real short game too. What i liked about RE4 was the option to move around on your own free will and back-track but with an On-Rails-Shooter it just wouldnt be possible.

ya that plus they have alternate routes to take throughout the games so it would be kinda hard to include all that
