Revelations 2 RAID MODE discussion thread

"Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it?"
The struggle is real my friend.
I love looking through the manuals and seeing the artwork on the box.
Shame the remaster didn't do that, that would have been great for people

Goddamn Japan and their physical disc releases.
I'd import a copy of BioHazard Revival Selection on XBOX 360 if I had the money.

I just want Wesker back - period. Let me play as Wesker and I'm happy.

Sheva had no right firing that shot that killed him :s

You can have Wesker, but unless you pre-ordered the full version of the game, you'll have to pay for him separately.

Do They? Which ones if you don't mind me asking?

So far I've encountered the good old hunters, skunkdeads (or whatever the chainsaw mutants in Revelations 1 are called), Raka-tschakas (the ones from RE6 that implant their babies into your face), the monster that Finn and Chris's other soldiers transform into (Napad?) and one executioner from RE5. Probably a few others too.

Oh wow. That's so cool.
What are the stages like?

Just the same: A mixture of old and new, but with a lot more old. I've unlocked all stages that came with the first episode by now, and only two of them are actually from Revelations 2. Most others are from RE6 (university, burning streets, Edonia, Chinese market, Neo-Umbrella prison, ice cave, subway tunnels, underwater base, etc.), with a few from Revelations 1 mixed in as well (casino, the round hall on the Queen Zenobia). Unlike in the first Rape Mode, you never get the same setting twice (except on various difficulty levels), even the several Edonia stages take place in different locations. I like the variety.

You mean Rasklapanje?

Yes, those. I just like to use my inability to remember those Polish (Russian? Serbian?) names as an excuse to come up with my own nicknames.

I like Raid mode so far, I've only played the first gauntlet but I think it made me realise that I'm terrible at this game XD I die so much on the daily missions...

It's fun with local Co-op and it'll be good to play online with some of you (PS4) when the last episode comes out.

Really? I hate the gun shop ;)

I just unlocked gauntlet 3. So far my favorite levels are Tall Oakes subway tunnels and the snow level with the "protect the target" mission
