Remake!!, but liked the fact that the story at the the start of the origional was real and not cartoonized

I think it would have been really cool to have had a game before the original that follows the bravo team heading to the forest because we would have goten to know them a fair bit and it would have made the original better when we found all of these characters dead or dying apart from rebecca...

Not only a class game but it gave us some background knowledge on the S.T.A.R.S members that we were introduced to in the original, where they were based, their office, their boss(Chief Irons) etc

Hi all, just looking for a heads up, have played R.E 1,2 and 3 for The PlayStation and also the Remake,Zero and 4 for the Gamecube ,not played any of the games for a while since and now have a PS3, can anybody advise me on the next game to start with??

1o years old, got a playstation on christmas day 98 and the first resident evil came free with it, they were the days!!

Ah! I see, as i said , i have been away from gaming for a few years and had a felling that operation raccoon city may be some sort of spin off but was unsure and now that this has been established, you make a fair point!!:)

Disgusted with this game, played resident evil 1, 2 n 3 for the playstation and ,Remake, Zero n 4 for the game cube and have just got back into gaming after 10 years and with Operation Raccoon City , i feel the game has lost all the characteristics that made the Resident Evils the fine games...
