A thread listing the worst zombie deaths ever.

I'll start: zombies eating you alive, drenched in lemon juice and salt.

That's not the worst. At least in that scenario you can move and struggle.

No... how about being sedated (unable to move), and the surgeons that are performing your surgery are all infected and suddenly turn Zombie, starting to eat you. You, in the mean time, wake up and you are conscious, but unable to move at all as The Zombie Surgeons eat you alive.

There are a few scenes in Day of the Dead (original of course) and Land of the Dead that come to mind. Particularly the ones which invovle watching zombies ripping out the contents of your belly while you slowly lose consciousness. The last thing you see before you pass out is two zombies playing tug-o-war with your intestines.
