Hmmm. That excludes many people from having pets. But not many enough, if the same logic applied to everyone everywhere. Many people breed animals just for the meat, and breeding someone with the intent of later eating them is pretty cynical? It is cynical and humane at the same time, which defines mankind pretty well.I'm of the belief that, if you can wear real fur and it not bother you, you shouldn't be allowed to have pets.
There are some noble vegetarians amongst us, but I believe many of them wear leather shoes. And almost all of us who aren't vegetarians wear leather shoes.
Many people are unfit to have pets just because they don't know how to deal with animals in a proper way. Others are unfit as pet owners because they live in a city and cities are not good places for pets to live. But some owners in cities are good with pets, they take a long walk with them every day. And they have access to a big garden too.
I think if we are this strict, hardly anyone should have the right to own pets.
I don't follow that line of thought though, my personal opinion is that what you do to an animal after it is dead isn't a problem, just make sure that it doesn't suffer while it is alive.
That sucks. But a verbal thrashing without a compliment would be somewhat worse, wouldn't it.Workplace Peeve: When a compliment is mixed it with a good verbal thrashing. I hate that ****.
I hate when people tell lies with the intent of hurting someone else.
