If you HAD to choose one to go to, which one would it be and why...

Raccoon City :)

Kill some zombies, run into Claire Redfield, pretend to be her friend, get out of Raccoon City, get introduced to Chris and kill Chris :D:p Happy Ending :D

Gonna compare the 2..

Silent Hill: Face some deep horrible unconcious fears i probably don't know about and get stuck for days because i didn't think to check an old coke can that happens to have a key in it. Now, i lose my keys or something small nearly everyday in a bedroom i know very well.I'd rather avoid that situation at all costs, I don't want to throw in a nightmare world too.And maps..

Raccoon City: I've done my handful of zombie games and movies, you see the mistakes these guys make and they can be avoided. The real problem i can imagine is things like Lickers and the time issue(the city getting nuked).

I'd probably go Silent Hill.. you have a far higher chance of going completely mad but i believe also a better chance of physical survival. Since the monsters of Silent Hill are really created by the persons interpretation of reality.. maybe it would be possible to actually produce a different mindset and change some things in it.

probably go to silent hill to be fair. i would not want to run into nemesis and his big ass rocket launcher. i'd rather see pyramid head,at least he's super slow.

I would go Raccoon City...I'm a little bit more than fast on my feet, and I'd like to consider myself somewhat of an expert on zombie survival (Which I REALLY hope will be true come the zombie apocalypse)...But that's not why I'd choose RC over SH...I think the worst kind of pain there is is mental/emotional pain, and if I had to choose which one to go through, I would choose physical every time...

Raccoon City.
I'm all for journeys of self discovery with very well constructed extended metaphors, and multiple interpretations of ambiguous analogies, but not all the time. Shootin' stuff, aynd lookin' perdy awsum is murch easier. /end stereotype

You have to be crazy to want to go Silent Hill, either that or you got a death wish. I know the things I'm scared of and I would Hate fighting manifestations of those. Plus i feel like you can never really "leave" silent hill as it does call you. I feel safer in Raccoon city :) .

I'd go to Silent Hill. A manifestation of my fears would be interesting to say the least. The only problem I would have is keeping my sanity. I have paranoia so I don't think it'd be easier. Better than getting blown up though.

Manifestations of fears... I forgot about that part... Jesus Christ, if I were in Silent Hill, I'd be seeing clowns with fangs and chainsaws everywhere I look.

Raccoon City just to see Datass of Jill Valentine... I'd save her, then maybe just maybe... She would be kind enough to return the favor if you know what I mean... Or introduce me to Rebecca. Yes... I'd go to Raccoon City because the characters are hotter and I get to kill Zombies! F the Silent Hill monsters, they too scary yo.

Sure there are creepy ass monsters in Silent Hill but if you got the balls to face your fears i think you would get through it. Some of them are just useless(get kicked in the head by a 4 legged body with stockings?).Being physically tough isn't really an issue, all the characters swing weapons like tards anyway.

If the city was not going to get nuked, i'd hit up Raccoon City anyday but i am not big on the time issue.

Without a doubt I would choose to go to Silent Hill because of the mystery, a lot more dark (Not only in how dark the town is by itself), really unsafe, varied monsters, unsettling, and makes the most sane people question what is really happening.

Racoon city for sure.

1, i don't recall having bubble gum in Silent hill,
2, by the time Silent hill came around, i was a veteran at Survival Horror and was chasing the enemies with an iron pipe. Yea you heard me right.... in Silent hill, they ran from me, not the other way around.

true,

too be honest.......

I could never really give an elephants nipple about Harry's daughter. I was always to pre occupied with raiding peoples homes and looking for tools of the survival horror trade like, Katanas.
