What scares you?

I've always thought this phobia was rare. But since a few moments I can read and hear a lot of people saying they are affraid of clowns. We're supposed to love them when we were children, so what happened in your adult life to let this change ? What does specifically scare you ? :D
(Same questions for Flipqy).
idk some ppl have always been afraid of them....or maybe the Stephen king movie IT has something to do with it :D

First time I hear about that. Really ? I know some people are scared to puke in public, but crying, why ?
I'm not very good at expressing my emotions to others so I usually bottle things up. Of course that doesn't always work though. It's mainly a thing related to what people would think of me if I did.

And some people are really ugly criers too. :p
I don't exactly know if I fall under that category considering I can't see myself when I cry and I don't cry in front of a mirror (I really don't, I swear :D.) I do always keep that in mind though when I do feel crappy in public haha.

What is weird with this kind of phobia is the fact that one pays attention to the people's reaction to it, although every single person will cry in his life. The same for the puke problem. And also for those who are embarassed about the sound or the smell of the poo in the toilettes. :D

I just find them creepy looking. I mean sure, they're probably good people just doing a job, but their face make-up...
I have a hard time looking at Ronald MacDonald. Though strangely, the Joker is my favorite DC villain.

I've already posted but I'm going to throw something else out there to see if anybody relates or if I'm just crazy. Recently I've had a bit of a fear of being alone in general. It's not like I am constantly worried about it but when I have been at home, alone, or without activity for more than a few hours I start to feel nervous and eventually even upset over it. I think the biggest reason this is affecting me so much is due to the total shift I have been going through. In the past I have been a total loner and actually preferred to be alone most of the time. Lately I've been feeling quite the opposite for seemingly no reason and it's uncomfortable to say the least.

Hmm, are you used to people in the house?

Actually I think the reason I'm scared of clowns is because I watched IT from a VERY young age. (4-5) After that I wanted noting to do with clowns again.

I'm scared of dolls. (Oh look I watched childs play when I was 4.)
Now I'm gonna tell you a story.
After I watched childs play for the second time, I started to have nightmares... That lasted for real a month, there were times I had to stay up till 4 in the morning to sleep with my parents (I never told them about the nightmares until just about a year ago.) But when this thing happened in my dream, I have never had a nightmare about Chucky again. What happened is I was running away from Chucky and ran to my grandmas neighbors house, and hid under the chair on the porch, Chucky didn't see me and wet inside, all of a sudden I heard Chucky scream so I stood up. And then the familys poodle came out with blood all over him and was nawing on a body part.

Last dream I ever had of chucky, however the first movie still scares me to this day.
