my ending was nicholai escaped the city first then barry came to pick up carlos and jill...

based on what i read in one timeline, looks like capcom used the barry-jill-carlos ending coz it stated there that nicholai return to Umbrella HQ and presented about the T-Virus on tyrant.

The true ending, it's when he escaped from Raccoon City.
