Hard To Kill
While Spencer claims Albert is the last of the "Wesker Children", A Document that can be found later in the game on the ships bridge says that when Umbrella assumed Albert was dead, that dropped the survival rate of the original batch of wesker children to about 18%...meaning there could well be others ready to carry on where he left off...if he's even truely dead. after all, he's been "dead" before.

I found this text and it cought my attention... Capcom said Wesker was dead but perhaps he was a clone after all?
 
I don't think its clones. AFAIK, they're a group of people specifically chosen by Spencer based from the DNA composition, whether the primitive t-virus would be compatible with them or not.
 
In RE5 after fighting Chris the phone rings and same happend in CVX after beating Claire perhaps he's talking to the Corporation but why would they want claire alive... It would make more sense if he was talking to the original Wesker. I think that there's one original/boss Albert Wesker having some clones taking orders from him. That would make a huge RE Game.
 
Wow, nice point there. :)

Though, I think Claire was kept alive just because Wesker wanted to, somebody may have called him( it might even be the S corporation), and after his quick conversation he simply allowed her to live.

But... here's another point for that.

By the end of CVX Wesker and Chris fights. By the end, Wesker's face gets burned and gets a nasty looking scar all over his face. By RE5, the scar's gone. Hmm... I wonder... Unless Wesker regenerates his skin, there must be a liable explanation on that. =/

But... what else would Wesker want from her? He may have just as well used her already by the end of CVX when he held her hostage to lure Chris to him.

Nothing more then too lure Chris... I think that there is more one Wesker and it would make one hell of a game to show all of the Weskers.
