If you want to buy it, use ebay or amazon, personaly ebay out of them two. Or you could download a psx emulator and resident evil 3 rom.
An emulator is basically a way of playing games on your computer. And a rom is the game but on your computer.
I got mine at a car-boot sale, some second-hand stores do have this gem.
But I also use Amazon for rare, hard-to-find games. I got a fantastic copy of RE2 as a birthday present for a friend on there for £12!! The discs are practically new, the manual intact and the case perfect.

Old reply, but ebay does them really cheap, most are under £5. If you don't have an ebay account, i'd be happy to buy it and get the seller to send it to you, as long as your living in the UK and pay me the funds by paypal beforehand.
