Resident Evil 4 Proffesional mode

Can anyone please help me figure out how to play the game in Pro mode? I just finished in regular mode, and started a new game, but when I save it, it still says I am in normal mode.
I am not sure if I am saving things correctly.
Playing on Wii if that matters.

Do I have to do all the submissions first?

you have to choose the difficulty level b4 starting the game...

There should be like 20 different saves to choose from on the typewriter maybe you accidently chose normal instead of Pro?Also did you actually load or start a new game?Sorry if thats not much info i just haven't heard of this problem before.

After you finish the game you save a clear file so you can choose the costumes an difficultly i thought anyway...
