This is Resident Evil outbreak ending!

What I don't really get is? Is this Raccoon City in ruins after the big missil?? Then how can the numbers still be the same, it seems that some survived the big hit. That must be Nicholai speaking to the scientist at the end?

The game also end in one of four special FMVs. If certain pairs of characters are alive at the end of the game, uncured, and without any Daylight, they will choose to remain behind in the city as the missiles obliterate the area. These endings are quite popular, but are considered non-canon for several contradicting reasons.

Seems like they weren't included in the continuity.

Also, could it be one of the twin Raccoon Cities that I keep hearing about?

Yeah I've heard about what you are saying before too and watched the non-canon endings. About the twin city I heard that they were about to build a new Raccoon City at a place called Sheena Island?

But whom that survived must not be human race anymore... BOW's.

I know that one now. It was when one played RE Survivor as Ark Tompson. The mission was located at Sheena Island but as I remebered I used the selfdestruct to blow up the Island. But what I want to know now is was that Nicholai's voice at the end of the ending??

I noticed that but some still thought it was him though?? and I do too.
