My hill - Resident Evil version

How about we start a 'My Hill' forum game? Here is a link to another site that did it so I don't have to explain the rules. Except, that instead of 'my Hill' we will call it 'Raccoon city', so its um, resident evil like and such, but your posts don't have to be resident evil related

So, since I started the thread, ill begin with a simple one.

I create a Tyrant and put it in the city.

My raccoon city!
