The 3rd Organization is mentioned in Archives and some guides, and it is the only "Organization" Wesker worked for. It is different from "The Organization" Ada worked for.

Let me explain a bit better: Wesker joined the 3rd Organization right after RE1 becaused he offered them data and biological samples. He met Ada and worked with her to retrieve the G virus. However, i'm not sure if she was REALLY working for the 3rd Org or spying for The Org. Wesker continued to worked woth the 3rd Org, and in 2004, he invited Ada to work with him once more. However, this time, she was spying for The Org and had orders not to deliver the Control Plaga to Wesker (through he kinda predicted it and somehow obtained a dead control plaga).

So, there's two "Organizations": Wesker's ans Ada's. The Org seems to be benevolent, i mean, not wanting to develop BOW's, but to study them instead.

"S" is Tricell, they used that letter as a codename for "SeaShell", Tricell's original name (they changed it due to the "Shell" oil company).

Wait....I've never heard of a different Organization...I mean Wesker & Ada were working in the same one. I have Archives(you are referring to the large book that is like an RE encyclopedia right? Has stuff from RE0, REmake, RE2, RE3 & CVX.), and I don't recall anything like that.

S, I've heard is Tricell, though I haven't heard any confirmation anyway. I guess that stuff about SeaShell and using all that as a codename makes sense, though I don't remember it in the games, it probably wasn't in there was it?

That's what annoys me, that Capcom neglected to tie up those loose ends, with The Organization, S, Tricell, etc, etc.

Now pretty much everything you said makes perfect sense, about the organization and it's intentions and all, but I don't recall there being separate ones, that is, one that Ada was with & a totally different one that Wesker was with.

I guess the only question is, why do you think there are two separate ones? I mean what would imply that, and what source might you have? You mentioned Archives, and I'll go back and look, but IDT that is in there.

I don't know if it's mentioned in Archives, but it is surely in Archives II and some RE5 guides.
The problem is that these books and guides are not released/translated for the ocidental world. Project Umbrella's members translated them and Archives II mentions Wesker and Ada worked for different organizations, but Ada infiltrated Wesker's and pretended to be working with him.
However, the rest is more of a theory/racionalization. After that information was released, the rest of the story comes instinctively, but it is just a theory at PU.
About S, there's nothing official, but since SeaShells was the original name for Tricell and Wesker contacted Excella since 2003, i think it is safe to assume S is Tricell.
Why don't you look for Ada and Wesker's profiles @ PU? I'm sure you'll be clarified about a lot of things in RE4/5.

I guess I can live with S & Tricell....I mean there really isn't anything else it could be right? Ada did mention S as a pharmaceutical company, and Tricell is just that.

Archives II? That is something I haven't heard of. I hate to sound so, Anit-Project Umbrella, because they are a pretty legit site, not official, but not as bad as RE Wiki. They do take lots of liberties with info that isn't exactly....totally know. They like to fill in gaps, at least that's what I remember. They've got a great collection of the Files from the games, but I don't know that I'd use them for a whole bunch else.

I'm not familiar with Archives II, and I don't know about RE5's guides, but nothing that I have, and I assure you, it's a pretty extensive collection, ever mentioned that they work for different groups. Perhaps a mistranslation? I know Archives has some. So does DSC for that matter.

The Archives II was only released in Japan, and foccuses more in RE4/RE5 and the Chronicles. They have translated it at PU, or at least some parts of it.
Yes, they take some liberties, but I actually think they have really good thoughts and sometimes it's better than nothing... I don't blame you for not liking it though.

Well I'm interested in reading what they translated.

You should post a thread or something for it. If you haven't already, I might do it.:)

It really just comes down to opinions and theories. I mean, if I had an RE site, and I took certain liberties, guesstimated about certain things, I wouldn't expect everyone to agree with it.

I just checked, they are doing site maintanance right now.

I haven't yet. Go ahead and do it if you wish.
They have been down today, maybe they have server problems, or maybe it's nly just maintenance.
That site is very good because they have some rare sources.

I don't understand why you guys keep saying Ada is no good in hand to hand combat and she isnt smart...man, if anything shes the MOST resourceful character there is...her martial arts are amazing and shes obviously knows a bit about B.O.W.s to be involved with The Orginization AND to have "worked" for the Third Organization...no, as much as i hate to admit it, the only thing Leon has more of than Ada is luck...well, he probably has more battle experiance as well...in all honesty i find thier chances of taking on Wesker BETTER than Chris' and Jill's...not by much, and they still probably won't win...Unless Leon calls upon his lucky leprachaun again...but either way i think they have a better shot than Chris and Jill...even on thier worst day...

wesker, becaus ethere is a big chance that eccela or however you spell that retard's, name. anyways there is a cgance that she would not be there, therefore they might not obtain a sample of virus (that he takes to keep his power under control) so he would crush thier skulls and defile thier corpses.

agreed, but man was that dumb of her to say her name to everyone she sees. "hello my name is ada wong, im a secret spy here is a list oif my family members, my leads, leaders, where i live and my phone number, well see ya later" (a bit of an agsaggeration i know.)

I completely agree too. I've never said anything negative about Ada's hand to hand combat experience though. I think she can kick some ass, as seen in RE4 of course.

Leon is the definately of luck.

But yeah, Ada's combat skills have been trampled a bit, but that was probably more in comparision to Wesker with the unnatural strenght from the virus, otherwise he would get his ass kicked everytime.

Ya, but in all honesty come on lol...the good guys ALWAYS win, so it wouldnt surprise me a bit if they won...i mean in reality it wouldnt be very possible...but hey, good guys are good for a reason...

Good guys do always win. I think that they should break that rule sometimes though, just to keep us guessing. That doesn't mean there's no suprise or that it's boring, it's still great seeing how we get to the end.

Hey i personally like the good guys always win rule...i mean youre right, mixing it up a bit would be good...but if i want that I'll play Shadow the Hedgehog...you can be both in that one...

I mean, having the good guys win the the formula, but they should mix it up a bit, having Jill "die" was a nice thing I think.

I think they should do that more. Show that the main characters are not ommited from death. Makes everything see more real.

There was a joke in Something, Something, Something Darkside, Family Guy making fun of Empire Strikes Back, and at one point when they were getting attacked in the Millenium Falcon, Han(Peter) says something along the lines of, "I think we're safe, we've got like 4 or 5 of the main characters on here". That's the truth.

Haha...ya i do remember that...and youre right...it is true...

Ada and Leon would put up a fight but ultimately loose because of A. Leon's lack of trust in Ada. B. Ada's lack of good hand to hand combat skills. C. Ada would probably pick then to stab Leon in the back(I really think if she had to choose one she would side with Wesker). D. Knowing Leon's occasional bad luck runs he would run out of ammo in the beginning of the fight.
Now that said if we were talking about Leon and Claire I think they could take Wesker. They have better chemistry as a team. They know they can trust each other. That said however they would both be in really bad shape afterwards

I think Leon and Ada could kill Wesker. Leoon has wits, and so does Ada. I think they're both good at hand-to-hand, so that gives them an advantage.w

No offense, but i don't know where you got Ada lacks in hand-to-hand combat...she's specially trained in JUST hand-to-hand, plus she's Asain, which totally helps...
