Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (1999) It's just the PC Version?

Hey everyone. I just got the PC version today in the post. Installed on Vista with no problems (well, one tiny one) and I'm about an hour into the game. (I know, I've had lots of reading to do).
Onto the problem though, when I am running along in the game, I can't seem to turn left while running, but can if I'm walking.
As you can imagine this is going to be pretty frustrating when I'm running from Nemesis. It's really weird, I can turn right while running... But not left.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? If not, I guess I'll get used to it.. But, you know...

I'm using the keyboard to control by the way
Any help appreciated.

i have the cheap xplosiv version, u cant play mercs on it

i currently have a sealed RE3 xplosiv version. i sold the used copy i had lol

no idea about turn left I'm afraid it's a bug I have this cd bought 10 yrs ago and it's now never working with my system
