If Capcom were to kill off a main character for good...

If Capcom were to kill off a main character for good who would you choose?

^ I agree. I like Jill and all... but I think the reason it took me so long to like her was because 'Jill' is such a blah name.

Leon needs to die. After Resident Evil 2, Capcom had him lose that rookie charm, and instead turned him into a near-silent, floppy-haired, emotionless husk with no redeeming qualities. He's become like most every clichéd Hollywood action hero, in my opinion. He has become Steven Seagal.

I think Ada should be killed off....I'm used to the PlayStation and Xbox 360 (RE:5 Only) Games which only really follow Leon, Jill, Claire, Chris, etc and in RE:2 she apparently died then heard nothing to contrary until she magically appears in RE:4 (Oh in RE:4 how the hell did Leon go from being a rookie to a bloody secret service agent....a little bit far fetched if you ask me!). Just my opinion.

Cheers

Well...Ada "dies" but then if you beat all four scenarios...Lean A, Claire B, Leon B, and Claire A then you unlock the final ending in which you find out she's still alive...She gives Leon the rocket launcher to beat the final Tyrant...

As far as Leon becoming the agent...Right after they get out at the very end of the final ending Leon and Sherry are abducted by the government...They pretty much force Leon to join them and start training him in all their government training to be a bio-terrorist specialist...Then, after that, he becomes the Presidents personal bodyguard, only requiring further training...Basically, if he wasn't on a mission he was training, and this was over a course of six years...

Jill. I mean her name is Jill. I never liked that name that much.
Meg & Jill went up the hill to fetch a pale of water,
Meg's kegs fell down and Jill then frowned,
Who tumbled then on after,
Meg got up and smacked Jill's face,
Jill couldn't stand the laughter,
Up Jill went with face now bent,
She was piledrived down the well by Meg.

No offence intended, Meg. This isn't an attempt to mock or make fun, I'm just being silly in hopes it makes you laugh. :D

I'm not really sure what to say to this. I really don't see where the humor in this is, but if I say I don't think it's funny then I'd not only be seen as rude but over sensitive as well.

Okay, well, I can understand why it'd seem rude of me, but I didn't mean to hurt your feelings or annoy. I didn't mean to be inconsiderate. It was idiotic of me. I won't do it again in future.

I'm sorry, Meg. I thought it would make you laugh but I guess not. *facepalm*

You didn't upset me. I just didn't think it was funny. Random violence isn't funny to me. There has to be more incentive. For instance, I really don't like the name Jill. If I'm going to push someone down a well, it should be because they have a stupid name. See?:)

Ahh, of course. My sense of humor is warped. Sorry, love. :)

If your going to push someone down a well they should have a name like Terra or Landrover Mike. :)

I think if you're talking on a Resident Evil Forum i'd say not everything is happy trees and nice little rocks going on inside. But thats just me.

Back to the original subject: I think all of those members should be in the same game but at the happy ending "YES! We survived" moment thier bus driver turns out to be the villian in disguise with a suicidal vengence (Sherry) and drives off the side of the mountain killing everyone. Not only would be totally unrealistic that all of them survive but to have them all die at the same time would almost be worth it. lol after everything the team has been through...to die by a bus crash. Classic.

Seeing Leon leading was a pleasant surprise. I don't have much of a reason for why I want him to be killed off other than the fact that I have never liked his character.

yeal how did leon become a bad mama jama in degeneration when he went from a full throttle rookie .. and him bein a rookie was cool cause he was like a average guy ya know nothin fancy up his sleeve like ya know

Seven years of special training form the U.S. government directly after the events of RE2...

One of the few posts that ACTUALLY made me lol...

I'm honestly quite tired of hearing this bit of information. I'm sorry but where he's at in Resident Evil 4 is still a little unbelievable even after seven years. I mean he was a fresh out of the academy, green as you can get cop in Resident Evil 2; seven years doesn't make you James Bond.

Not really...I mean, he's already athletically in his prime...And after surviving what he did in RE2...He now had the drive to become that much more of what he is..And who knows how gueling his training is...Plus, he didn't go from what he is in RE2 to what he is in RE4 without having any other missions in between or anything like that...He's had other REAL experiances besides just training...
