I wasn't really fussy on the first movie; I thought putting in all the stuff with his childhood was a little tacky and it ruined the 'scare factor' for me. I don't know, I've always felt villians are much more frightening if we don't know much about them, which is why the original Halloween worked so well. I'll probably give this one a try, but I'm not expecting a whole lot.
Crikey. I didn't know there was a sequel on the horizon! I still haven't got round to watching the Halloween remake yet! Looks like I better take a peak at some cheap Halloween DVDs on eBay so I can catch up.
Halloweens a class film. I wouldn't even say its in the same league as devils rejects! Its one of those predictable horrors that get you hooked till the end.
They are absolute mint, i'd say it's one of the most scariest movies ever made.
When i first watched the Halloween movies, I would always jump or twitch when i get the feeling michael would appear. do you remember the scene in H2 where that girl is on the phone and hears something drop in the next room and outta no where michael pops up? that one almost made me crap myself xD
when i watched zombies version of halloween, it was scary, but not scary enough to make me feel the same way the original did.. still, i had a look at the new H2 and it looks alright, but I get the feeling I'm not going to get any chills from it :/
My question was aimed at wolfgirl
with the remakes you feel like its been done so you are mentally prepared for anything that the director has to offer
