Gamecube emulators

anybody know of any good ones, that work, the laptop im currently on, will have no probs running it, but just need one thats reliable..?
 
ahh yes the dolphin, i currently have that one, but find it abit unstable with a selection of games, downloading RE0 now, so if that works i;ll be happy as larry, if not i need a better one, so i was wondering if there was a better one?
 
Get dolphin, but the real Gamecube has really good specs and quality then a computer unless you buy something good. Though it's your choice, it's just that I would buy a wii or a Gamecube itself to play a Gamecube game. (Wii can play Gamecube games.) But like I said, get a dolphin and hope you don't get arrested. (Srsly.)
 
i got a gamecube, but getting hold of some of the games i want is turning into a costly thing, metal gear solid twin snakes, appears to be really rare, and goes for nearly £50 on ebay, which is outrageous for a gamecube game, and RE0, cant get that in any of my local shops anymore :(

oh and i wont get arrested, that doesnt even bother me, i download all the time, i download films/games etc all the time, just the other day i downloaded, left4dead, COD4 and x-men origins:wolverine (film not game) in one day
 
Okay. Well, Gamecube is slowly loosing merchandise, so that is why it is hard to find. Though Gamestop usually has most of the stuff I want. I found RE0 and TT. Though, I actually got RE3 instead. But you live in Europe, right? It might be different over there.
 
@rathit_project64...i used to use that.
@Ark_most game stores around me (gamestation, GAME, CEX, Gamestop) have really small gamecube sections, so can't find what i want.

I was looking at gamecube emulation the other day but my computers too crap to run it haha.

Besides dolphin you could try Whinecube but apparently Dolphin is the best thing there is.With emulators sometimes its not the emulator itself and its just how the plugins are set and how those settings react to games i don't know if your skilled in the emulator department but yeah try fiddle with some of the configurations,download new plugins or even just search on google for previous peoples help.
 
i'm pretty good when it comes to emu's etc, i tried everyway possible to change the plugins, and yeah they get different outcomes, but i need them stable, so they don't need to be changed when i try a different game, i mean i got RE0 downloaded, that works, but its a little choppy atm, but i havent tried that with different configs, well a couple, but there could be more, i want twin snakes (got it downloading atm) if i cant get that to work im gonna scrap the whole GC emu idea, twin snakes is the whole reason i want this, i can get RE0 if im patient, but MGS is near £50 atm, just because its rare, i would never pay that much for a game, not even a ps3/360 game, there even cheaper than that,

Man i have trouble with MGS on ps1 i did the absolute best to fix it which works pretty fine now but if i try anything to make it any better then my computer just can't run it it goes incredibly choppy some cutscenes become a pain to watch i really need to get a new rig.That is ridiculous pricing, considering metal gear solid though i'd probably be up for it haha since i beat the first recently i'm pretty hooked i want to play all of them.
