The one with Batou is from a video game that came out about 5 years ago named "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex". He will usually say "Major, I'm sorry." when he dies. I think that you will actually like the game and anime series since Mary Elizabeth McGlynn plays as Major from both of them in the english versions.

The McGlynn quotes came from Akira Yamaoka's songs that had her singing in them. However I now like the quotes in the newer songs more.

I really like the quotes from Ghost in the Shell more than every other quote in the world (Except for God's), since Mary plays as the Major, who is the most popular character on the show, and the Major says all the best lines in the series since she is always serious unless she is off-duty from her work in Section 9, then she will not be so serious, but she will still says some great lines.
 
Not a one-liner, but I found this codex in Dragon Age: Origins and I thought that it was really moving.
