Nemesis is just a pupet in the hands of umbrella, and the predadetor can think for himself. Only that is a big advantage for the prededator.
Nemesis would loose, he doenst have any advantage.

I vote for the Predator. If we can out think Nemesis and defeat him, then surely the Elder Predator could. Plus he's just so badass.
