E3 Predictions?

So with E3 looming over the hill, what do you think will be the biggest announcements?
Personally based on rumours i'm hoping for a Halo CE remake, Perhaps a new teaser or trailer for metal gear rising, or even some gta 5 teasers.
That's what i'm hoping for, what about you guys?
 
Legend of Zelda: Skyward Swords and RE: ORC...also something on Dead Island...idk, i have high hopes for E3 this year...
 
Hopefully we'll see some more stuff about the new Tomb Raider, Final Fantasy XIII-2 & Versus XIII, The Last Guardian and maybe something new from Valve like Half Life 2: Episode 3 or even Half Life 3!!! I highly doubt it tho lol.
 
My only prediction is that Resistance 3 will take Best of E3. Resistance 3 or Uncharted 3.

I'm hoping to see some gameplay of the new Dragon Ball game. I'm hopeful but I don't expect much.

Of course I really want to see some extented gameplay scenes from Operation Raccoon City. I want to see how the soldiers, zombies, and monsters interact. I'm tired of reading about it.

And every year I want to hear about a new Kingdom Hearts game. I really want Square to officially announce Birth by Sleep Vol. 2 but I doubt they will. And even though I plan to never buy a 3DS I want to see Kingdom Hearts 3D.

What new Dragon Ball game!? Is it Dragon Ball, or DBZ...
 
More news on the new Tomb Raider because the new one looks boss. More info on the new Devil May Cry primarily because I want to see gameplay. (They're certainly not selling me on Dante's meth addict look.) More info on Tekken Tag 2 -though they usually save that sort of thing for TGS, Japan really can't afford to be picky in their marketing strategy anymore. They're lagging behind western developers now. GameInformer even featured an article on it. Besides, the original TTT was too big to not show the sequel at E3. We'll likely see more on console exclusives too, like Twisted Metal, Uncharted 3, and things of that sort.

As for what I'm hoping for...

Something completely new or out of left field -like Primal gets a remake and a sequel. Gaming world all-star tag team racing... or an original game that blows the current geezers of the franchises out of the water.

I'd really like Funcom to come out with something new. They've been working on The Secret World for God knows how long and meanwhile us TLJ fans have been suffering from lack of good scripting and voice acting -minus the Halos and Lost Odysseys of the gaming world. The Secret World looks good, I'd like to see some big stuff on that at least.
 
Not my prediction but Nintendo's rumored to be announcing a new console. Like that won't f**k with the industry for the next couple of years. Next thing you know Microsoft will have a new console. Depending on the features those two consoles have Sony might have to rush the PS4 to stay in the game. Unless the Nintendo and Microsoft consoles are simply 3D. PS3 is already capable of 3D just from a firmware update.

But Sony has the NGP. That thing looks like its gonna be a monster of a handheld. Sony's gotta be showing that thing of this year. They might even have its name. Hopefully the studios are far enough into production to really show off Uncharted and Resistance on that thing.

HD gamming is Nintendos next console...
 
I'm happy with my 360 -as are millions of others.
PS3 owners are happy with their PS3's.
We're ALL happy with our computers.
Nintendo needs to go f*** themselves. Next thing you know they'll be coming out with 3D handhelds... oh, yeah they already did... it ain't worth the price tag either.
 
I Can't Beat Up On Nintendo Too Bad Because I Grew Up On It. I Often Find Myself Going Back And Playing Older Games Because So Many Of Them Were Awesome, At Least I Thought So. Sadly The Old Guard Has Retired Or Gone On To Another Company And The Current Incarnation Of Nintendo Is Making Some Pretty Bad Business Decisions I Think. Only The Most Hardcore RE Fans Would Buy A New System For A New Game And A Side Game At That. I Can Only Hope That They Right Themselves Soon. It Would Be A Shame To See Them Go Under.
 
The problem is they're not going under. They're not being humbled. They're king on the gaming world throne right now and the masses love them, but the gamers despise them. Long story-short? They're sell-outs. They sacrificed good gaming for complete crap so the masses would become their new market and instead of taking the time to become creative and inventive they just rehash new installments of Zelda and Kirby every few years to keep the gamers pacified. The problem is Microsoft and Sony have noticed the insane amounts of moolah Nintendo is raking in and want to compete -but at the expense of the current gamer-inclined plans. (Assuming they even have them.) Honestly, am I the only one who still misses the old blade system on the X-Box dashboard? I LOVE that old blade system. If I could, I'd revert back to it, but I'd need it hacked into next Tuesday and I don't have the cash for that. (Good hackers got an awesome side job....)
So Nintendo isn't going anywhere and I'm sure they've converted the vast majority of their old hardcore fanbase. The only system they have worth a damn is their DSi and DSLite. The 3DS is utter crap and hard on the eyes -I'd even buy a DSLite if it wasn't so damn expensive. They act like they have monopoly and make waves in the gaming world simply because they're so large now. That's why they need humbling.

As I Said I Have So Much More Respect For The Old Guard Than The Current Incarnation, Ever Since the Wii Came Out They Did Sell Their Soul Sadly. I'm Not Really Looking Forward To Any Of The New Zelda Games To Be Honest(This Coming From A Guy Whose First Game Literally Was A Link To The Past). The Best Way To Describe My Feelings On It Would Probably Be Something Like Looking Up To Someone As A Kid And As You Got Older They Lost All Sense Of What Made Them Great While Your Just Standing In The Corner Shakning Your Head In Sadness Hoping They Will Come To Their Senses.

While They Are On Top For Now I See The Casual Gamer Will Eventually Lose Interest And Only The Hardcore Gamer Will Be Left, Which They Have Already Alienated (At Least Me Anyway) Because Of Not Showing Any Creativity. I Do Agree With Your Points But I Suppose I'm Not As Critical For Them Because Of The Old Memories But Ahh Call Me A Sentimentalist.

I Also Loved The Old Blade System For The X-Box. I Was Surprised When They Bought Out New Dashboard Until I Saw The Avatars And Immediately I Knew It Was To Make More Money From Dressing Them Up.
 
1.Theres the new nintendo, if they bring a smash bros on it day 1 buy for me.
2.Gears of War 3 Horde
3.Skyrim!

Unfortunately, by the time those games are released i probably won't have my xbox to play them. :/

Edit: Oh and Silent Hill 8.I don't have hopes for it, i think they should've ended the series after 4...there taking the original designers art and raping the **** out of its beauty.But you never know, maybe they can redeem themselves.......
