Download RE 1 2 3 in PS Store

I have been check on US Playstation Network and I dont see any RE games for download. However, we can download(buy) RE 1 2 3 in Taiwan Playstation store.
My question is, Is it true that RE 1 2 3 are not available in US PS store ? Or I just missed it.
