I know this song pertains to Code: Veronica, but this version with more lyrics in came from The Darkside Chronicles so I put it in General Discussion.

Awesome, it's definitely a remake of the boss fight in Code:Veronica, with Alexia's first form (not the final boss yet though).

I don't really know what she's singing. The lyrics are unintelligible even in the old version, so I guess she's just singing some sort of opera that just uses chants to add effect?

That isn't Alexia singing, that is the music that plays in the game. Well TDC version is just a remixed or remade version of the CVX version, but I don't believe it was her, just a part of the music.
